Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Just File Tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Coders Nest, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Just File Tools provides a collection of browser-based file utilities — PDF tools, image converters, text processors, developer utilities, and design tools. Every tool runs entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Files you process are read into your browser's memory, processed locally on your device, and offered for download. We do not receive, store, or transmit your files to any server.

The Service is provided free of charge. We may add, remove, or modify tools at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process material in violation of any applicable law, including content that infringes intellectual-property rights, content that is unlawful to possess, or content prohibited by export-control regulations
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, security mechanisms, or access controls
• Reverse engineer the Service for the purpose of building a competing product (analysis for security research or interoperability is permitted)
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise extract content from the site at a rate that materially degrades service for other users

Because file processing happens entirely on your device, we have no technical ability to inspect what you process. Responsibility for the legality of the content you handle rests entirely with you.

4. Your Files and Data

Files you upload to a tool are processed by JavaScript running in your browser. They are not transmitted to our servers. We have no copies, no backups, and no ability to recover files you process on the Service. You are solely responsible for retaining your originals and verifying outputs before using them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any output produced by the tools.

You acknowledge that file processing in a web browser is subject to the limitations of your browser, your device, and the underlying libraries the tools use. Output quality, performance, and feature support may vary by browser and device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coders Nest, LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense and may use third-party analytics or error-reporting tools. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the site design, code, written content (guides, FAQs, tool descriptions), and trademarks, is owned by Coders Nest, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service's content without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

Files you process with the Service remain your property. Using the Service grants us no rights to your files.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
